Question: How do I use a Coupon?
Answer: 1. Register your account on the Gunny's PX http://px.rleeermey.com
2. Add the product you have to buy to redeem the coupon and the item the coupon is for it if it is a Buy one
Get Something free coupon. i.e., Buy a ringtone and get one free. You will need to add both the one you
want to buy and the one you want for free. If it is an amount or percentage discount, then just pick the
items you wish to purchase and then add the discount code.
3. After you have added your products to your shopping cart, you can either go to your shopping cart and enter
the coupon code where you see Apply Discount Code or you can click Checkout and add the code in
Step 5: Payment Method. Enter the code as you were given it and click the Apply Coupon button.
DO NOT ADD IT IN THE COMMENTS BOX. The code will not work there and can not be added later.
4. That's it. You are all done. Just follow the last few steps on the PX to complete your order.
Question: I keep getting the error, "Warning: Coupon is either invalid, expired or reached it's usage limit!".
Answer: Read and follow the above directions if you have not passed the Coupon Expiration date. You will only see that
error if you did NOT follow the directions or you passed the expiration date of the coupon.
Question: I can't drag and drop the files from Winzip to my unit. I keep getting an error.
Answer: Winzip does not allow that function. You must unzip the files to your computer then upload them to your unit.
Question: My unit won't let me upload the .zip file. What is wrong?
Answer: You have to unzip the file(s) first using Winzip or Windows Explorer. Once you have saved them to your
computer, you can unzip and upload them to your unit.
Question: I ordered but I didn't get anything in my email to download the file(s) from. Did my order go thru?
Answer: Check your trash can for our email if you do not have it in your Inbox. All orders are sent a receipt to the
email address you entered. We are not responsible for email addresses that are entered wrong.Your receipt will
tell you to Login to your account and then click on Downloads under My Orders on the menu. If you did not get
an email from us, just login in to your account and download your file(s). No need to send us an email screaming
about how you got ripped off! If you do send one like that, you will be directed here and if you are reading
this after getting that email, well...

Answer: We will try to add what we can, but some of the smartphones use a proprietary system. If it can be made, we will
do our best to have it for you. We do have the Gunny's Ringtones for your smartphones!
Question: Ok, I've extracted the file and it is R Rated Gunny.vpm Garmin Voice Studio only imports .wav files. My device
is a Nuvi 760 What now?

Question: Why the hell are there no Gunny nuvi skins compatible with the Garmin nuvi 660?
Answer: Because Garmin's web site that shows the compatible models doesn't have it on the list.
Question: I got the email from you, but there isn't a link in it. What do I do now?
Answer: Depending on how you have your email set to read emails, you may not get to see a link in your email. You will
have to check your email program for more help. All you need to do is login to your account on the Gunny's PX
and you can retrieve your Download link there.
Question: I downloaded my files and I changed my mind. Can I have a refund?
Answer: No we can not take back what you have downloaded and installed. We have no way to get it back.
